At OddWave, we aim to get your order packed, shipped and delivered as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Charges

We offer free delivery across India on all orders.

There are no standard shipping charges for domestic orders.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or during sales and high-order-volume periods may take a little longer to process.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided at checkout.

Delivery Timeline

Typical delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier serviceability, public holidays, weather conditions or circumstances outside our control.

Remote and less-serviceable locations may occasionally take a little longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be shared through available communication channels such as SMS, WhatsApp or email, depending on the contact details provided.

Please allow some time for the courier partner's tracking system to update after dispatch.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please check your shipping address and contact number carefully before placing your order.

OddWave cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as quickly as possible. We will try to help before the order is dispatched, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the shipment has left us.

Delivery Delays

We work with third-party courier partners, so occasional delays may occur after dispatch.

If your shipment appears unusually delayed, contact us and we will help you check its status with the courier partner.

Damaged, Defective or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or with an item missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photographs or video, where applicable.
